Limpopo Deaf Sport Federation
Limpopo Deaf Sports Federation successfully held its General Meeting on the 3rd of March 2013 at Vuwa Lodge, Polokwane where the following persons were elected to the Provincial Executive Committee:
1. Resborn Nkuna - Chairperson
2. Simon Siaruli - Vice Chairperson
3. Johannes Maesela - Secretary General
4. Ivy Bell - Treasurer General
5. Khangwelo Masia - Athletes Coordinator
6. Daisy Phahlane - School Sport Coordinator
Khangwelo Masia, the newly elected Athletes Coordinator, did all the overall logistics for the successful meeting - accommodation booking, compiling list of delegates, inviting delegates to the meeting and keeping in constant contact with the President on many other issues pertaining to the meeting. This proves that young people are capable of taking ownership of their sport and are more determined, energetic and passionate about the development of sport in South Africa.
